our on-site staff and network of partners-in-design have several years of serving not only within the field of design and communication, but also within ywam, this team represents blend of experience in the field of design. we have a small team, we come from various cultures and we are internationally experienced. we are committed and passionate about serving with our skills (and yes, non-salaried!)

we need more young, fun, crazy-for-adventure, skilled people that are sold out to God, missions, excellence and visual design. we have opportunities both at our location, and practically any part of the world you feel called to serve in the area of communication and design. come train with us and we can look for ways to serve together across the planet. here are some positions available :

• designers
require creative design experience for print/web/video
must be adept in using mac, adobe cs software etc. with a love for new trends, design and technology, and learning/creating with new software.

• programmers
require IT experience, a love for programming code & the 'geek factor', adept in all that code/tech related stuff called php, asp, javascript, databases, unix systems, server admin/maintenance with all round IT, software & hardware systems skills.

qualities we would appreciate : self-initiating, creative, willing, teachable, ability to work hard to stay on top of technology, trends etc., visionary with ability to follow through and finish well, team player, risk taker, flexible (must appreciate change)
